A selection of ganache chocolates inspired by ingredients we can forage on our walk to the local beach.
Bitter Sea Salt - Dark milk sea salt ganache in an 80% dark chocolate shell, with white chocolate waves.
Seabuckthorn - Tangy milk chocolate ganache made with seabuckthorn purée, encased in milk chocolate, topped with almond.
Blackberry Liqueur - Blackberry liqueur ganache with a blackberry jelly centre, covered with dark chocolate.
NEW ORIGINS
The first ever selection of ganache chocolates. These flavours were inspired by local produce we discovered after moving to the area.
Aji Limon - Made with JamFace’s P’Tang Yang Chilli Jam. Citrus dark chocolate ganache with a delicate heat , in a dark chocolate shell, topped with gold leaf.
Coffee - Milk chocolate ganache steeped in Curve’s community espresso coffee, covered with 45% milk chocolate.
Fennel Pollen - Dark milk chocolate ganache infused with fennel pollen, in a dark chocolate casing. Think delicate notes of anise and honey.
